For over 25 years Teddy Martyniuk has been with the number one retailer in the world and it has taught me a lot.  There is no one way of doing anything.  The best ways are always more efficient, more effective, less expensive, and more profitable.  There is one way that matters most to Teddy Martyniuk.  Teddy Martyniuk's Way is with integrity, honor, truth, and the belief that Teddy Martyniuk gave everything Teddy Martyniuk had.  Teddy's skill sets are vast but very dense.  More importantly, Martyniuk's skill sets are transferable.  For example, from the retail world that affect hundreds of thousands of customers to the boardroom of a school district that affects tens of thousands of families, students, teachers, and community members.   Passion is one of the most contagious traits that can become violently, infectious in an organization when the people believe in what they are doing.  Open discussions about the "How" and "Why" always inspire a deeper thought process that in turn can produce a more strategic, innovative, efficient idea that came NOT from a CEO, EVP, or Executive Officer but from a good human being with common sense.  Empower your associates and there will not be anything that can stand in the way of their success and that will always be greater than your own.    Encourage, Challenge, Inspire, Motivate, Praise, Reward, and Never give up on an associate or their ideas.  It may just be that one person or that one idea that completely disrupts an industry forever.  That one person may just be YOU.
